Happy
Reasons for Applying to the Surrogate Program
I want to bring the joy of children to a family that may not be able to have any.
Fee: $15,000; $20,000 for multiples
Miscellaneous Information
This surrogate originally applied to the program in October, 2010, but withdrew from the program because her son had health issues. 3 ½ years later, she contacted us asking to re-enroll. She is from Idaho Falls, ID. Her husband is 32 and they have been married for 13 years. He works in a merchandising warehouse. Her parents have been married for 35 years; his for 31 years. He is the father of their youngest child. She got pregnant when she was a sophomore in high school, and dropped out to have her child. She has some concerns about abortion and is unsure about terminating a pregnancy, but did say she would undergo selective reduction if asked to do so. She is very young, but does seem to have made a decent life for her family after getting pregnant in high school.

Happiness
Reasons for Applying to the Surrogate Program

I loved being pregnant after the first trimester. I really stayed pretty much the same the only really changes were that I cried over commercials and loved eating all the time.
Reasons for Applying to the Surrogate Program
I’ve always wanted to be a surrogate. My brother is gay and some day he wants children, and I know how hard it will be for him to have a child. My aunt, who my daughter received her middle name from, could not have children and that ruined her first marriage and I hate the thought of a family falling apart because they can’t have children.
Fee: $45,000
Miscellaneous Information
This surrogate originally applied to the program in May, 2011. She is from Jacksonville, FL. She has been married for 10 years. She delivered twins through our program in 2013 for a gay couple from France through the embryo transfer program, and was a perfect surrogate. She had a tubal ligation after her son was born. Her husband works as a plumber’s assistant. She is generally opposed to abortion, but would undergo selective reduction if asked to do so. Her parents have been married for 30+ years, and live about 15 minutes from her. She was very personable and one of our best surrogates ever.

I had morning sickness the first trimester other than that I loved being pregnant and it was so smooth and easy for me.
Reasons for Applying to the Surrogate Program
For the money, and I want to be able to give a family a baby that can not have one their self.
Fee: $20,000
Miscellaneous Information
This surrogate applied to the program in Aug., 2019. She is from Evansville, IN (southwestern Indiana) and is friends with another of our surrogates who is trying to get pregnant now. She works in the neonatal care unit of a hospital where she looks after newborns. Her boyfriend Chase and she have been together for 11 years. Chase is 31, and works as a painter and has worked for the same company for 13 years. His parents divorced when he was a child and he does not see his father. Her parents also divorced when she was a child, but she sees both as they live in the same town. Rhiley has recently begun taking an anti-anxiety medication because she bought a new home and has financial worries about it. She has spoken to her doctor who says the meds should not interfere with her ability to conceive or the pregnancy itself. She is generally opposed to abortion and would not terminate a pregnancy unless her life were in danger. She appears to be a stable, committed candidate for surrogacy.

Excited, blessed, joyful
Reasons for Applying to the Surrogate Program
I love the beauty of being pregnant; I do not wish to have anymore kids of my own so I would like to bless another family with the blessing of having a beautiful child of their own.
Fee: $25,000 single; $30,000 multiples
Miscellaneous Information
This surrogate applied to our program in Dec., 2021. She is from Fort Wayne, IN (northern Indian). Her partner Tommy, who is the father of her two children, and she have been together for 11 years, living together for the past 6 years. He owns a hair cutting salon. She works for the State Board of Health registering people for COVID testing. Her medical history is essentially negative. She was raised by her grandparents because her mom was not present in her life growing up. She ran track in high school. Concerning her fee (which is quite high), she says that she researched surrogacy online before applying, and saw comparable fees (which is, unfortunately, true) and she would like to begin a college fund for her children. While I would ordinarily not consider working with someone whose fee was this high, surrogate fees overall have increased fairly dramatically since the onset of COVID, and this woman appears to be stable, intelligent, and quite healthy.
